稅務居民與資訊交換Tax residency and information exchange

拿到身份不等於稅務身份自動清晰。A residence document does not automatically settle tax residency.

稅務居民判斷通常涉及居住天數、永久住所、家庭/經濟利益中心、管理地和當地規則。不同地區標準不同,不能只靠單一簽證或地址判斷。Tax residency can involve days of presence, permanent home, family/economic interests, management location and local rules. Standards differ by jurisdiction and cannot be decided only by visa or address.

身份與銀行資料一致Identity and bank files align

銀行通常會收集稅務居民、地址、控制人和資金來源資料。若身份規劃與銀行文件不一致,後續可能出現補充查詢。Banks collect tax residency, address, controller and source-of-funds data. Inconsistency may trigger later questions.

個人與公司安排同步Personal and company setup align

創辦人或高管的居住地、公司管理地、薪資、分紅和報銷安排,應與公司帳務和稅務資料同步設計。Founder/executive residence, company management location, salary, dividends and reimbursements should align with accounting and tax records.

公司是否一定要先註冊好?Must the company be formed first?

很多工作或創辦人路徑需要公司、職務或營運證據支持;但先後次序取決於目的地和路徑,需先做可行性判斷。Many employment or founder routes require company, role or operating proof. Sequence depends on destination and route, so feasibility should be checked first.

家屬是否可以一起安排?Can family members be planned together?

不少地區有受養人或家屬安排,但資格、文件、教育和醫療要求不同。應在主申請前一起盤點。Many jurisdictions have dependant or family routes, but eligibility, documents, education and medical requirements differ. Review them before the main application.

身份規劃和稅務居民有什麼關係?How does mobility relate to tax residency?

居住時間、住所、家庭和經濟利益中心、公司管理地都可能影響稅務居民判斷。身份文件不等於稅務結論。Days, home, family/economic centre and company management location can affect tax residency. A residence document is not a tax conclusion.
